This internet site and its related  services are managed and are the property of  FruitOnline. Use of this website is offered under condition of your unconditional acceptance of the conditions, terms and warnings in this document.

Member’s code of conduct. 

  1. Every user who directly or indirectly enjoys the information, products, services or databases placed at your disposal by Fruitonline is considered a member.
  2. Members can consult the existing data bases and internet services worldwide, provided they respect the internet protocols, and provided the owner of the data base allows them entry and use.
  3. Members are allowed to use the FruitOnline services for lawful, personal, commercial non-political purposes:
    • Members have to observe current legislation when publishing or transmitting data via the FruitOnline  network.
    • Members have to respect the third party intellectual rights, including authorship rights.
  4. Members will refrain from illegal entry into, or hacking of the FruitOnline system, or any other system accessible directly or indirectly via the internet.
  5. It is forbidden to use the FruitOnline services for any action causing:
    • illegal access to the information on connected networks;
    • the FruitOnline system to function less than optimally, or disrupting the transaction capacity for other members, specifically by causing large amounts of improper traffic.
    • harm to the integrity of the computer data or its deletion.
  6. FruitOnline invites its members to report any inappropriate content available via its services, in order to enable FruitOnline to delete this information or render it inaccessible.
  7. FruitOnline reserve the right to report to the appropriate authorities those members who violate Belgian or international law, and to indefinitely bar access to, and the use of the services and data bases, to any member not behaving according this ‘members’ conduct code’ manifest, or failing to observe any other instructions in our ‘legal and contractual’ regulations. 

Information and privacy.

  1. FruitOnline acquires data on its registered members and other visitors of this website by various means. These data are protected according the (Belgian) Law of 8th December concerning the protection of privacy, as amended by the Law of 11th December 1998.
  2. No personal information acquired, such as address, e-mail address, telephone or fax number, or demographic or identification data will be supplied to third parties without the consent of the member.
  3. Members can contact FruitOnline at all times via info@fruitonline.net in order to further enquire as to the possible use and the storage of their personal data.
  4. Every FruitOnline member has the right at all times to examine their personal data and to demand the alteration or updating of these data.

Liability.

  1. We reject any responsibility for direct or indirect damage of whatever kind, resulting from, or related in whatever way to, the use of this site, or for any temporary inaccessibility of this site.
  2. FruitOnline rejects any possible guarantees concerning the information available on this website, and also rejects responsibility for any decisions made by members/readers on the basis of this information. FruitOnline is in no way responsible for special, indirect or resultant damage caused by loss of use, loss of data or loss of profit, either in the form of a contractual action, neglect or other action, resulting from or related to the use of the information available on this website. Links to other websites on FruitOnline, references to a product, process or service, with trade name, trademark, manufacturer or otherwise, do not imply approval or recommendation of those sites and their available information.

Applicable law and qualified law courts.

  1. Belgian law is applicable. Any disputes/lawsuits can only be settled by the law courts of Brussels.

Alterations

  1. FruitOnline reserves the right to alter these rules at any time. Changes will only be applicable after the date of publication of the altered rules.
  2. Members will be notified of any changes a fortnight before they come into effect, either via this webpage, or in writing.
  3. Visitors/members are themselves responsible for remaining informed as to the latest rules in effect.d. 
  4. FruitOnline reserve the right at all times to change prices, as well as to alter the construction and performance of its products without prior notice.  

General conditions of sale

  1. The contract between FruitOnline and the member shall run for 1 year, after which it shall be tacitly prolonged for the same length of time.One month prior expiry of the agreement the member will receive an offer/invoice as a reminder, allowing the member to extend the agreement.It is not necessary to give notification should a member wish to cancel the agreement, ceasing payment suffices. Services will remain on offer for a fortnight after the expiry date in case of non-extension of the agreement.FruitOnline reserve the right to end the agreement at all times, provided they reimburse the amount covering the period for which no services were offered to the member.
